FasciaBlaster® Lawsuit

The Facts About the FasciaBlaster® Lawsuit

Company Statement

As a company whose mission is to provide health solutions, our biggest concern is always our customers! The safety and efficacy of all our products is, and will always be, our number one priority.

We’ve had many people reach out concerned about a recent class action suit filed against the company. The main thing we want the public to understand is that this class action is not about serious injuries; it’s about lawyers trying to extract money by finding a few people who are claiming our product doesn’t work. Our company has not had one single verified serious injury - just people (and fake aliases) making wild claims on the internet. There is rhetoric that thousands have been injured, and we want to clear this up and also point out that there are only 16 people in the suit.

Our company, on the other hand, cannot make wild claims, as we are accountable to the FDA. After 2 FDA audits and thorough examination by 3rd party physicians, none of the serious injury claims from this group were deemed reportable. Meaning, they were either:

1) not “serious,” (i.e. nausea)

2) not likely to be caused by the device (i.e. lacerated liver, salivary stones)

3) scientifically impossible from rubbing a stick on your body (i.e. blindness)

These are just a few examples of the reports we received from this small group.

We are confused by the class action, because the remedy for someone who purchases a product for which they are dissatisfied is to give them a refund. We already offer a 1,000 day money-back guarantee, so the remedy is already available.

We also have scientific data supporting our claims to reduce cellulite, subdermal fat, and soft tissue pain, increase metabolism and collagen production, and restore the fascia. We also checked blood markers for safety and they remained within normal limits.

If you’re unaware, the founder of our company, Ms. Black, was nearly killed and left completely crippled at the negligent hands of a medical practitioner. She did not sue the hospital or the provider, because that’s how much she despises lawsuits. Ms. Black decided to turn her adversity into her calling to help others. You can imagine the disappointment that the company and Ms. Black feel having to experience a frivolous lawsuit, and more importantly, being portrayed in the public as a company that injures people for profit, when that is the opposite of the truth.
